Balikbayan Exhibit Opening

A photography exhibit called “But what about us fishers?”, which is made up of photographs taken by one of our members when she integrated with the fisherfolk community in Manila Bay who are being displaced by the dredging and reclamation projects there (that are being driven by Dutch companies, among others).We will have a cooking activity and show some videos of environmental activists who’ve been fighting back against the reclamation project. We’ve also booked October 3 and 4 to mount the exhibition.
